Founded in 2016, Yash Pareek & Associates (YPA) is a Practicing Company Secretary firm registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) rendering specialized services in the area of Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights(IPR’s), Corporate Governance issues, Legal drafting of agreements, Corporate Restructuring, etc. Headquartered in Bhopal and a network of Associates representing us in all the major cities of India, YPA has been in the forefront of the corporate culture, having advised and represented corporate clients from across the country.

The Founder Promoter

The Firm is being promoted by CS Yash Pareek as a Sole Proprietorship Concern to provide Intellectual Corporate offerings. CS Yash Pareek did his bachelor of Commerce from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and is also an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Yash Pareek completed his professional studies with flying colors securing ALL INDIA RANK- 24 in Foundation programme of ICSI and securing ALL INDIA RANK-1 in Executive Programme of ICSI.

 

He has been awarded President Silver Medal by ICSI & by Western India Regional Council of ICSI. He has been awarded Jaypee Group Prize Award & Late P.D. Bangur Memorial Award for meritious performance in Executive programme of ICSI. He has secured the highest percentage of marks in COMPANY LAW paper in the executive programme within the western region.

He is now a Practicing Company Secretary having office in Bhopal and he is having expertise knowledge in Corporate Compliances. Secretarial matters, conducting legal & Secretarial Due Diligence, etc CS Yash Pareek is also engaged in offering compliance training to various corporate and business concerns.
